I understand that as a current or future resident of Briarwick Condos, I am required to accurately report the full details of all household members and pets, including dogs, residing at or frequently visiting my unit. I acknowledge that failure to disclose such information may result in fines and/or lease violations as determined by the Briarwick Homeowners Association.
I further understand that all dogs must be DNA registered through the authorized process before moving in or upon acquiring a new pet. I agree to complete the required cheek swab sample as part of the dog registration.
I am aware that any dog waste not properly disposed of will be subject to DNA matching, and I will be held financially responsible for any waste samples traced back to my registered or unregistered dog(s). I also understand that previously unmatched waste samples may be matched to new registrations, and I agree to cover any related fines or penalties.
