I’m kind of impressed with the new management. They have been fixing everything around the condominium. We also have security on-site during the day now. TBH, if you are thinking to move to Briarwick, the first thing you need to worry is your landlord or your unit management whom is hired by your landlord. You need to read your contract and make sure they commit to do what they supposed to do. Eventually, this place is not a new condominium so it must have issues but you will get what you pay. There are so many better places, yet more expensive in Medical Center.
