I wanted to give a shout out to the new property manager at the Briarwick Condos on Holly Hall. I am a real estate agent who listed a condo there as the management company was in transit to a new management company. Thankfully the new project manager was Sam Kiteka. We needed a number of financial documents to sell the condo and they were hard coming because of the management company transition. However, Sam stepped up and won the day by doing what needed to be done to obtain those documents that allowed us to close the deal and satisfy the legal requirements of selling a condo. Without Sam’s efforts we would not have been able to close. He stayed on it on a daily basis and we were able to close. Briarwick is very lucky to have Sam as their property manager because he takes care of everyone who lives there.
